My mother taught me to knit when I was a child and I have been knitting ever since.
I have been designing hand knit pieces for many years and my designs have been published by "Simply Knitting" and "Knitting" magazines. I teach workshops and classes so do keep a look out for one near you under the News & Classes page. I am also an artist, painting urban landscapes and my home city of Oxford.
My designs are inspired by the colours and patterns I see in nature, particularly seascapes, hills and mountains. My designs are bold, abstract and colourful. I like to keep the garment design simple but fitted. This allows me to concentrate on the patterns whilst also flattering the female figure. I create designs for all levels of expertise.
